Washington Obituaries - 1906 - Allen SergeantLITTLE BOYS' BODY FOUND
The body of little Allen Sergeant, the four-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs.
Robert Sergeant, who was drowned Friday evening, was found yesterday morning
at about 10 o'clock lying close to a piling back of the Pioneer Iron works.
Clarence Boone, an employee of the iron works, saw the body from the home of
J. L. Forrester back of the foundry. The coroner took the body from the mud
flats.
After finding the body the mother became more calm because the dreadful
suspense of not knowing what fate had befallen her baby was over.
The funeral will be held this afternoon at 2:30 from the Whiteside
undertaking parlors. Ben Hur court No. 33 will be present in a body.
