CONNER, HARRY McKEAN

HARRY McKEAN CONNER, 44 years old, brother of Eli T. Conner and one of the best-known mining engineers of northeastern Pennsylvania, having offices in the Union National Bank Building, Scranton, Died Dec. 1, in a hospital at Canon City, Col. He was in Colorado on professional business when taken ill on Sun Nov. 23, with a heavy cold, which developed grip and complications. Mr. Connor was born in East Mauch Chunk. He was a member of the American Institute of Mining and Metalurgical Engineers, the Engineers' Club of Northeastern Pennsylvania and was a prominent Mason. Mr. Conner is survived by his widow and three sons; Harry McKean, Jr., William Young Conner and George Wagner Conner. Funeral services were held at Scranton on Sat., Dec. 6.
