Well Known Man Called To Reward
John Weimer, a lifelong resident of this city, died at the home of his sister, Mrs. Milo Lodwick, 234 Seneca Street this morning at 8:30 o'clock of
complications of an illness of several months. He was born in Youngstown Feb. 12, 1863, son of Joseph and Catherine Herlinger Weimer. He attended Martin
Luther School and Sunday School, and later became a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
For a number of years, Mr. Weimer was an employee of the Brier Hill Steel Co., retiring recently. He was widely known in city and leaves a host of
friends who will regret to learn of his death. The following brothers and sisters survive: David and George Weimer, Mrs. Miles Lodwick, Mrs. William
Bader, city and Mrs. Jacob Strahley of Warren.
Funeral services will be held at the Lodwick residence at 2:30 p.m. Monday, with Rev. J. Leroy Miller officiating. Burial in Belmont Cemetery.
