Mrs. Rose Goldstein Waxberg, wife of Herman Waxberg, sales manager of a Manhattan furniture manufacturing and wholesaling concern, Seminole Furniture Shops, Inc., died yesterday in her home at 68-36 Burns Streets, Forest Hills, Queens. She was 68 years old.

Mrs. Waxberg formerly was a sales representative for the Davcoe Embroidery Company, Inc., here.

Surviving also are a daughter, Mrs. Florence Dorf; a brother, Maurice Goldstein; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Perlo and Rae Goldstein, and three grandchildren.
