Obituaries - NY - 1910 - David Sherwood Kellogg

Kellogg, David Sherwood, of Plattsburg, New York, died December
19, 1910, son of Nelson Kellogg, who was born in Essex,
Vermont, December 29, 1805, and Evalina Charlotte Fellows, who
was born in Sandy Hill, new York, january 24, 1808.
Dr. Kellogg was born in Essex, Vermont, October 21, 1847;
married in Burlington, Vermont, September 22, 1875, Elizabeth
Stafforn Smith, born in Mobile, Alabama, december 18, 1850, daughter
of Douglas Smith and Rebekah Wheeler Francis. He was a
physician, and was given his degree of A. B. at the University of
Vermont, 1870, and of A. M., 1884.
Dr. Kellogg was a corresponding member of the New York
Genealogical and Biographical Society for Clinton County, New
York, and was elected May 21, 1906
