Dr. William Howard Neilson, a physician of New Rochelle, NY, died at his home in Centre Avenue yesterday after a short illness. He was taken ill on Friday night and on Sunday sent to New York for a specialist and underwent an operation for appendicitis. He was very low after the operation and sank rapidly. Dr. Neilson was born in New Brunswick, NJ, and was forty-one years old. He is survivied by a widow and one daughter. He was a graduate of Bellevue Hospital Medical College. Twenty-two years ago he married Miss Francis Butler. He was a member of the Westchester County Medical Society and was a Democratic member of the Board of Alderman in New Rochelle at the time of his death. The funeral services will be held in Trinity House to-morrow at 2:30 o'clock in the afternoon.
