On Wednesday, March 30, of diptheria, William Howard, son of Eflingham and Harriet H. Cock, aged 2 years and 2 months.

The funeral will take place from the residence of the family, No. 260 Lexington av., on Sixth day, at 3 o'clock P.M., (To-morrow.) The remains will be conveyed to Chappaqua, where the funeral will take place from Friends' Meeting house, at 10 1/2 A.M. on Seventh day. The friends of the family are respectfully requested to attend the funeral, without further inviatation.
