At Madison, Wis., on Thursday, Jan 21, Samuel S. Dereau, son of Samuel Dereau, esq., in the 23d year of his age.

Funeral services will be held at the 7th st. M. E. Church, (7th st., near 3d av.,) on Sunday afternoon, the 31st inst., at 3 o'clock. His friends and relatives, and those of his family, are respectfully invited to attend. The remains will be taken to New Rochelle for interment.
