The relatives and friends of the family, and the New York Fire Department, are respectfully invited to attend his funeral, from Rev. Dr. Chapin's Church, Broadway, on Tuesday, the 19th inst., at 12 M.

The active and honorary members of Empire Engine Co. No. 42 are requested to attend a special meeting, to be held at the house of the Exempt Engine Co., on Monday, at 8 o'clock P.M.
