On board steamer Polar Star, in the White River, Arkansas, on Monday, Jan 20, of congestion of the
liver, Edwin Grover, of Boston, aged 28 years.
[Mr. Grover was at one time connected with the editorial department of the Times. He was a gentleman of
ability, fine culture and most estimable character. -Ed. Times]
