Emil Pimper
Emil Pimper, 73, died in the Riverview Hospital, Red Bank, Saturday, June
13, 1936, following a short illness. Mr. Pimper was born in Keyport where he
lived all his life. He was a farmer specializing in berries and vegetables.
He was an active member of St. John's Methodist Episcopal Church, a member of
the Keyport Exempt Firemen's Association and of Sir Walling Lodge, Knights of
Pythias.
Mr. Pimper is survived by two nephews, Harry and Herbert R. West, sons of
the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert West. Mrs. West was Mr. Pimper's sister. A
niece, who lives in Brooklyn, also survives.
Services were held at the Bedle Mortuary, Keyport, Tuesday afternoon at 2
o'clock. The Rev. Cedric Errol Hickman, pastor of St. John's M. E. Church,
officiated. Interment took place in Green Grove Cemetery, Keyport.
