Mrs. J.H. White Dead
Wife of Well-Known Tinner Succumbs to Complication of Diseases at Central Avenue Home
Mrs. Georgeanna White wife of James H.
White the well known tinner in the employ of
Basley & Burns, died yesterday afternoon at three
o'clock at her home, 231 Central Avenue. She had
been suffering from a complication of diseases for
several months past, but did not take to her bed
until last Tuesday.
The funeral will be held Thursday at two o'clock
at the White home. Relatives and friends are invited to
attend, but requested not to bring flowers. Burial will
be made at West Long Branch in charge of funeral
directors Hyer & Flock.
Mrs. White was the daughter of Frank and Sarah
Jeffrey, ans was born at Oakhurst, NJ December 26,1867.
The surviving children are Mrs. Viola(misprint)Austin,
Frank,Earl,Earnest and Irene. A sister and two brothters
survive. They are Mrs. Mary O'Neil of Juanita, Penn.;
Archie and John Jeffrey, of Long Branch. Mrs. White, who
was admired by her many friends, was a communicant of St.
James Church of this city.
