A Child's Sudden Death
It Went to Bed as Well as Usual and in the Morning it was Dead
Beatrice Fowler, aged six months, daughter of Theodore Fowler of Branch avenue, died suddenly on Christmas night. Mr. and Mrs. Fowler spent Christmas with Mrs. Fowler's parents, Mr and Mrs. Albert Walling of Little Silver. Mrs. Fowler put the child to bed at night apparently in its usual health. On Thursday morning when she went to awaken the child she found it dead. The funeral was held on Saturday at Mrs. Walling's and the body was buried at Little Silver. This child won the prize as the prettiest baby in Red Bank at the glass blowers recent exhibition in the Mercantile bank building.
