|
E. Jessie Miller of Asbury Park made her will February 3d, 1902. It was witnessed by Henry C. Winsor and Edmund E. Dayton. She left to her friend, Charles Emmons, a large single diamond ring and all her horses and carriages except one horse and a single wagon, which she left to her sister, Ella V. Wheaton. Her sister Ella was made executrix of the will and she was directed to pay to Charles Emmons the sum of $25 a month from the income from the estate as long as he should live or until he got married. All the rest of the property was left to Ella V. Wheaton.
