Wills - NJ - 1901 - William Mills
|
William Mills of Asbury Park left all his money in trust to the Monmouth trust company of Asbury Park. The income of $5,000 is to
be paid to Mr. Mills's niece, Martha Mills Winckler, wife of Thomas J. Winckler of Asbury Park. At Mrs. Winckler's death the $5,000
is to go to her children, share and share alike. The income from all the rest of Mr. Mills's property is to be paid to his son,
Radcliffe B. Mills, as long as he shall live. At his death $4,000 in cash is to be paid to William Mills's friend, Carrie J. Debeloof
of Asbury Park. The income from the funds which remain in the hands of the Monmouth trust company after paying this bequest is to be
paid to Radcliffe B. Mills's wife as long as she shall live. At her death the funds remaining in the hands of the trust company are
to be divided among William Mills's heirs at law in the same manner as though he had died without a will; except that he provides that
his wife, Susie D. Mills, shall not get any share in his estate under any circumstances.
