Wills - NJ - 1901 - Asher Collins
|
Asher Collins of Keyport made his will in 1896. To his wife, Mary Collins, who was made executrix of the will, he left all of his property of every kind for her use during her life. Upon her death, Melissa Collins, widow of Mr. Collins's son Joseph Collins, is to have the farm in Raritan township upon which she now lives, for her use during her life or as long as she remains a widow. Upon her death, or in the event of her marrying again, the farm is to go to her son, Asher Collins. The house which Mr. Collins occupied at the time of his death is to become the property of his granddaughter, Sarah Bedle, wife of Robert Bedle, and all the rest of his property is to be divided equally between his two grandchildren, Mrs. Bedle and Asher Collins. The witnesses to the will were James M. Walling and David Warner.
