Mrs. Mary Bennett, died on Thursday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Joseph Wilbur of Scobeyville. She was 71 years old. She had been in poor health since last May. About a week ago she was afflicted with dropsy and this was the direct cause of her death. Two sons and a daughter survive Mrs. Bennett. They are Pearson Bennett of Tinton Falls, Alvin Bennett of Lincroft and Mrs. Joseph Wilbur. The funeral was held at her late home at two o'clock on Sunday afternoon. The body was buried in the Presbyterian burying ground at Shrewsbury.
