A Will Contest
A caveat has been filed against the probating of the will of Mrs. Gertrude Errickson of Englishtown by two of her children, Wesley Errickson and Mrs. Anna McElvaine. Mrs. Errickson left an estate valued at between $6,000 and $7,000. The estate was divided among Mrs. Errickson's children but the two who are contesting the will received less than the others, and they want an equal division made.
