Obituaries - NJ - 1901 - Mrs. Rosie Coleman Cousin

Rosie, wife of John Cousin of Bridge avenue, died at the Long Branch hospital from spinal trouble on Monday afternoon. She was 27 years old.
Mrs. Cousin had been sick since May. She was cared for at home for three weeks and was then taken to the hospital. The funeral will be held
to-morrow morning at St. James's church and the body will be buried in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
Mrs. Cousin was born in Vermont. Her maiden name was Coleman. Her father died when she was five months old. Her mother and the family moved
to Red Bank eighteen years ago. One of her sisters, Mary, died a year later. Three years ago this month she married John Cousin, who is a
fireman on the Central reilroad. Mrs. Cousin was a member of St. James's church. She leaves two small children. Besides her mother and husband
she also leaves two sisters, Mrs. Henry Duncan and Miss Nellie Coleman, both of Red Bank.
