Wills - NJ - 1901 - Mary Kearney

Mary Kearney of Shrewsbury, who died about six weeks ago, left a will which she had made a short time before her
death. Some of the household furniture was bequeathed to her daughter, Mary Smith, wife of Garrett Smith of Red
Bank. All her wearing apparel was bequeathed to another daughter, Kate Hackett, wife of John Hackett. Mrs.
Kearney's house and lot on White street in the village of Shrewsbury, four acres of land in Shrewsbury township,
and all the rest of Mrs. Kearney's property of every kind, was bequeathed to her son, Martin H. Kearney. Mrs.
Kearney's husband, Martin Kearney, was made the executor of the will.
