Mrs. Zelphia Johnson, widow of Moses Johnson, who lived in Middletown township, near Hubbard’s
bridge, died on Sunday. She was ninety years old and had been in poor health for a long time.
The funeral was held yesterday afternoon at one o’clock at the house and at half-past two o’clock
at the Baptist church on Bridge avenue. The body was buried at White Ridge cemetery at South
Eatontown. Six children survive Mrs. Johnson. They are Mrs. Ann L. Richardson, Mrs. George
Beldo, Mrs. Albert Bowles and Moses, George and John Ed. Johnson, all of Red Bank.
