Mrs. Phebe A. Wiley of Manasquan, wife of William H. Wiley, left some furnished houses and some lots on the Manasquan river. A half-interest in this property she left to her sister, Josephine L. Richards, and the other half interest to her husband. At her sister’s death her share also goes to her husband. Mrs. Wiley’s clothing, furniture, jewelry, etc., is to be equally divided between her husband and sister, and all the rest of her property goes to her husband. Mrs. Wiley’s will was made in 1887, and her husband and sister were made executors of the will.
