One of the shortest wills that has been probated in a long time is that of A. Allison White. Here is the whole of it:
I hereby give and bequeth all property of whatsoever kind I may be possessed at my death to my wife Mary L. White.
Said Mary L. White to be my sole executrix, without any bond whatsoever.
Signed this 14th day of October, eighteen hundred and ninety three.
