Daniel Spinning died last Saturday of Bright’s disease at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Gaunt of Washington street. He was 82 years old and had been sick about six weeks. He was born at Brooklyn, but had lived in the vicinity of Red Bank for the past fifty years. Two children survive him. They are William Spinning of Red Bank and the daughter with whom he lived. He leaves also a sister, Mrs. Elvira Chadwick of Red Bank. The funeral was held yesterday at two o’clock at the house. Rev. Holmes Gravatt had charge of the service. The body was buried in Rumson cemetery.
