Left All To His Wife
Walter W. Davisís Will Probated Last Week
Walter W. Davis of Asbury Park, who died July 1st, made his will on the day of his death. The will was witnessed by Frank Durand and Milan Ross. Mr. Davis was the largest furniture dealer in the southern shore district of Monmouth county, and he had recently put up a large business building at Asbury Park. In addition to his real estate and business interests he had a considerable amount of life insurance. All his property of every kind, including his life insurance, he left to his wife, Theresa M. Davis. His wife and his friend , Edmund W. Dayton, were made executors of the will.
