Most Of His Estate Goes To His Sister
Bequests to Julia Stryker, George Stryker, William B. Parker, Mary Parker and Ellen Anderson
The will of William B. Parker of Red Bank, who died April 6th, was probated last week. Mr. Parker was a bachelor. He left all his property in trust to his nephew, Joseph Parker, Jr., son of the late Asher S. Parker. Young Mr. Parker was directed to pay $3,000 to Julia Stryker, with whom William B. Parker had made his home for a long time; $500 to George Stryker, son of Julia Stryker; $1,000 to William Borden Parker, son of Mr. Parker's dead brother, John C. Parker; $500 to Mary Parker, daughter of John C. Parker; and $250 to Ellen Anderson, the faithful colored servant who had served him many years. All the rest of his estate is to go to his sister, Maraget A. Chadwick. Joseph Parker, Jr., was made executor of the will, which was made August 2d, 1898. The witnesses were Tylee W. Throckmorton and William H. Borden.
