New Jersey Obituaries - 1899 - Miss Martha A. White

Miss Martha A. White of Keyport died of brain disease at Mt. Tabor on Tuesday of last week, aged 43 years. Miss White and Mrs. Richard G. Taylor of Keyport went to Mt. Tabor for the summer. Miss White was in her usual health when she retired on the night before her death. She was taken sick during the night and died the next afternoon.

Miss White was the daughter of the late Mary and John White and was born at New York. When she was eight years old she went to Keyport to live with her uncle, Capt. Richard G. Taylor, who died about a year and a half ago. Since Mr. Taylor's death, his wife and Miss White had continued to live together. Miss White was a member of Calvary church of Keyport and of the women's temperance union of that place.
