Mrs. Jane Jacques, wife of Harrison Jacques of Keyport, a former resident of Red Bank, died at New York last Thursday of a complication of diseases. She was 65 years old and had been sick for the past six months. Mrs. Jacques had not lived with her husband for a number of years. Besides her husband two children survive her. The children are William Jacques of Brooklyn and Mrs. Mary Eliza Rockwell of Long Branch, formerly Mrs. Sidney B. West of Red Bank. Mrs. Jacques’s body was taken to Eatontown on Saturday, and the funeral was held on Sunday afternoon at the home of her sister, Mrs. Ellen White. The service was conducted by Rev. J. Dewitt Fay. The body was buried at Evergreen cemetery at Little Silver.
