New Jersey Wills - 1899 - Mrs. Eliza Bennett
Mrs. Eliza Bennett of Eatontown township left to her son-in-law, Theodore Wolcott, the ten-acre lot at Penns Neck, adjoining the land of John Hunter, which had been left to Mrs. Bennett by the will of Robert Wardell. To her daughter, Ella Wolcott, wife of Theodore Wolcott, Mrs. Bennett left the sum of $50, and to Theodore Wolcott, in addition to the real estate, was left a writing desk. All the rest of the personal estate left by Mrs. Bennett was directed to be divided among her daughters-Miriam Demarest, Sarah Reynolds and Ella Wolcott. The will was made March 20th, 1897.
