New Jersey Obituaries - 1899 - Joseph M. Yetman

Joseph M. Yetman of Navesink died on Sunday of consumption, aged forty years. He had been unable to work for several months. He was the son of the late John E. Yetman and was born and brought up in Manalapan township, near Tennent. He was a painter by trade and had worked at Navesink and Atlantic Highlands about ten years. He married Bessie Schenck of the Highlands. She and three small children survive him. He leaves also three brothers and two sisters. They are Mrs. Horatio Bailey and Abijah Yetman of Atlantic Highlands, Daniel Yetman of Navesink, and Mrs. Ella Monroe and Jerry Yetman of South Amboy. The funeral was held yesterday at All Saints' Episcopal church and was conducted by Rev. John C. Lord. The body was buried in All Saints' cemetery.
