New Jersey Wills - September 21, 1898 - William Hees

William Hees of Englishtown left to his wife Dorethea his house and lot in the village of Englishtown as long as she lived or until she remarried. In case she remarried the property was to be sold and the proceeds divided among Mr. Hees's three sons, William, John and George. Mrs. Hees was left $2,000 unconditionally. His granddaughter, Drusie Hees, daughter of his dead son Frederick is to get $500. All the rest of his estate is to be divided equally among his three sons above mentioned. The witnesses to the will were Joseph Rue, Joseph C. Sutphin and A. T. Applegate.
