New Jersey Wills - September 14, 1898 - Jacob Walter

Jacob Walter of Farmingdale left $5 to his daughter, Mrs. Catherine Hinser, and the same amount to his son, Jacob Walter. All the rest of his personal property he left to his wife, Barbara Walter, for her use absolutely. He also left to his wife, for her use as long as she might live, all his real estate. At her death the real estate is to go to his son, Henry John Walter. Aaron E. Johnston was made executor of the will and the witnesses were Jacob Lutz and Edward Imlay. The will was made July 7th, 1896.
