Mrs. Katherine P. Hance, wife of Frank Hance of Scobeyville, died of peritonitis last Thursday. She was 36 years old and had been sick about a week. She was the daughter of Albert Polhemus of Scobeyville. A husband but no children survive her. The funeral was held on Sunday at two o'clock at her late home and the service was conducted by Rev. Samuel R. Cunningham, pastor of the Colt's Neck Reformed church, of which Mrs. Hance was a member. The body was buried at Holmdel.
