Anthony Truax, who died at Long Branch last week, left an estate valued at $40,000 to $50,000. He left a will giving his widow and his son by his second wife, Conover Truax, $4,000 each. The seven children by his first wife get $3,300 each. Three of his namesakes, Anthony Truax Woolley and Anthony Truax Taylor of Long Branch, and Anthony Truax of Asbury Park, will receive $100 each. The real estate is to be sold and the proceeds divided equally among the eight children.
