New Jersey Wills - March 9, 1898 - Mrs. Ann R. Lightbody

Mrs. Ann R. Lightbody left all of her property to her grandchild, Lilian Murfitt, and in case of her death without issue it is to go to Mrs. Lightbody's sister, Mrs. Emmaretta Probasco, whom she appointed to take care of Lilian Murfitt, providing for her remuneration from the estate for so doing. Daniel H. Applegate was made executor. The will was made February 15th, 1898, in the presence of Henry J. Child and Pierson Hendrickson.
