New Jersey Wills - July 27, 1898 - Mrs. Annie Butcher

Mrs. Annie Butcher of Ardena, Howell township, made her will November 18th, 1897. All her debts was ordered paid, and a headstone was ordered to be erected over her grave. When that was done all her property was to go to her children-James Henry Butcher, Joseph L. Butcher, Frank P. Butcher, Mrs. Mary J. Croxson, and the heirs of Charles Butcher, who died some time ago. The estate is to be equally divided among these heirs. James Henry Butcher was made executor of the will, and the witnesses were William C. Borden and Henry Westcott.
