New Jersey Obituaries - April 13, 1898 - Bartley Fitzmaurice

Bartley Fitzmaurice died at Brown's Dock last Friday of pneumonia, after a short sickness. He was 55 years old and had been a farmer all his life. His wife died about three years ago. He leaves five children. He was a member of the Navesink hook and ladder company and a number of firemen attended the funeral, which was held at St. Agnes's church at Atlantic Highlands on Monday afternoon. A high requiem mass was celebrated by Rev. T. A. Roche. The body was buried in Mount Olivet cemetery.
