New Jersey Obituaries - September 22, 1897 - Mrs. Catharine (Smith) VanHouten

Mrs. Catharine VanHouten, daughter of Cornelius and Louisa Smith, a former resident of West Long Branch, died
at her home in Brooklyn on Sunday morning of apoplexy, aged 64 years. The funeral was held this afternoon
at West Long Branch, Rev. Mr. Speele of New York officiating. The interment was in the West Long Branch
cemetery.
