New Jersey Wills - October 27, 1897 - Patrick Gallagher

The will of the late Patrick Gallagher of Keyport has been admitted to probate. After directing that all his just debts and funeral expenses be paid, Mr. Gallagher bequeathed $5,000 to his neice (sic), Lilian Grace Cotton. To his wife, Alida A. Gallagher, he left the sum of $10,000 and all his real estate. Elizabeth Gallagher, his favorite niece, is to receive $60,000. The rest of his estate is to be divided between his nieces, Josie and Lilian Cotton. The will was made September 29th, 1897, and the executors are Amaziah L. Ashman and William J. Fanning of New York.
