Dividing Six Estates
Wills Probated At Freehold Last Week
Mrs. Mary H. Taylor's Property Goes to Her Two Children, Mary and Edward - Mrs. Patience Burlew's Estate-Other Wills
Six wills have been probated at Freehold during the past week. All but one of them were wills of women. The wills were those of Mrs. Mary Holmes Taylor of Middletown; Mrs. Patience Burlew of Middletown township; Mrs. Maria Sutphin of Marlboro township; Mrs. Sarah Estell of Greenville; Miss Susan Jefferson of Ocean township and New York; and Joel Woolley of Neptune township.
Mrs. Sarah Estelle directed that her son, John A. Estelle, and her daughter, Ruth Jane Skidmore, whom she appointed her executors, should collect all moneys due the estate and divide it equally among her children, Mary C. Longstreet, Sarah R. Woolley, Ruth Jane Skidmore, John A. Estelle and Matilda Stilwell. B. P. Longstreet and John A. Skidmore witnessed the signing of the will on November 13th, 1893.
