New Jersey Obituaries - June 2, 1897 - Mrs. Mary A. (Smith) Vanderbilt

Mrs. Mary A. Vanderbilt died at her home on Washington street on Sunday of heart disease, from which she had suffered for the past two years. Mrs. Vanderbilt was the wife of John Vanderbilt, to whom she was married about four years ago. She was in her 28th year. She was born in England. Besides her husband she leaves a sister, Miss Louisa Smith of New York. Her funeral will be held to-morrow afternoon at two o'clock at the Episcopal church, and the burial will be at Fair View.
Per the Death Notice Mrs. Vanderbilt was aged 27 years and 8 months.
