New Jersey Obituaries - December 15, 1897 - Mrs. Daniel Polhemus

Mrs. Daniel Polhemus died at Eatontown last Thursday of a complication of diseases, aged 60 years. She had been sick for some time. In the early part of last week she grew worse and death followed on Thursday. A husband and one child, Mrs. Joseph Odell of Long Branch City, survive her. The funeral was held on Saturday at one o'clock form the house. The service was conducted by Rev. L. O. Manchester of West Long Branch. The pall bearers were Lyttleton White, A. Lee Scobey, Smith Mount, Joseph Dangler, Joseph Ring and John Reynolds. The body was buried at Colt's Neck.
