New Jersey Wills - December 1, 1897 - James M. Johnson

James M. Johnson left his one-third interest in some real estate owned by his father, his sister and himself, to his wife, Mrs. Phoebe E. Johnson, for life, and at her death all his property will be divided among his children, Mrs. Bessie W. Clevenger, Joseph P. Johnson and Jacob T. Johnson, share and share alike, except that Jacob T. Johnson is to have $100 more than the others. His milling business conducted under the name of Ira Johnson & Son he directed should be closed up and the money received from it and all other moneys belonging to his estate invested for the use of his wife, and at her death divided among his children. His wife is executrix. The will was made about a month ago.
