Sadie Fulton Chanfrau, wife of Henry T. Chanfrau, died on Sunday at the residence of Mrs. Henrietta Chanfrau, at Long Branch. The circumstances attending her death were extremely sad, she having been married a little over two years and leaving an infant five weeks old. The deceased was 25 years of age. She was a native of Pittsburg, Pa., and a sister of Andrew Fulton, the present mayor of that place. the funeral services were held on Monday afternoon at St. James Episcopal church, Long Branch, the Rev. Mr. Tompkins officiating. Many prominent members of the theatrical profession were present including Mrs. John Drew, Maggie Mitchel, Mrs. J. W. Albaugh, Mrs. Maurice Barrymore, Mrs Wm. R. Floyd, Fanchon Paddock, John W. Albaugh, Jr., Lewis Baker, and John MacDonald. The pall-bearers were Wm. J. Henderson, H. J. Paddock, Chas. E. Conover, Walter Collier, and E. M. Taber. The remainswere taken toPittsburg onthe 5:17 P. M. trainfor interment.
