Mrs. Mary S. Willett, wife of John Willett, of Glendola, died on Tuesday, December
7th, after a long illness. mr. and Mrs. Willett lived for many years on what
was then known as the "Billy McClane farm," in Middletown township but
which is now owned by John W. Stout, of Red Bank. About ten years ago they
moved to Deal, and afterward purchased a farm at Glendola, near Ocean Beach.
Mrs. Willett suffered a stroke of paralysis last spring and was afterward
attacked with dropsy, the latter being the cause of her death. She was in
her 61st year, and leaves her husband, two sons and an aged mother.
