Maine Obituaries - 1984 - Catherine L. Farrell
Bristol - Catherine L. Farrell, 34, of Sproul Road died at 8:48 am Friday after her car
left the Lower Round Pond Road and struck a tree. She was alone in the car.
She was the wife of Charles E. Farrell.
Mrs. Farrell moved here with her family from Bricktown in 1971
and owned and operated the Zecchino's Submarine Sandwiches in Damariscotta and since it's opening in 1983
She was born in Newark, N.J., the daughter of Anthony and Margaret (Turpin) Zecchino. She attended
Bricktown, N.J. schools and the University of Maine.
Besides her husband of Bristol, she is survived by a son, Charles E. Jr. and a daughter, Corinna
Farrell, both of Bristol; a brother Michael Zecchino of New York City; and three sisters, Margaret
Farrell of South Portland, Maria Murdock of Round Pond, and Patricia Farrell of Bristol.
Arrangements were made by Strong Funeral Home, Damariscotta.
