JACKSON, George 1866-1940

George Jackson, age 73 years, died Thursday, Jan. 4, at 10 o'clock at the Cambridge-Maryland Hospital, after an illness of four weeks.

Mr. Jackson had been engaged in farming near Sprindale practically his entire life.

He was a man who was well thought of by everyone who knew him and had a large circle of friends.

He is survived by his wife (Fannie Frazier Jackson) and the following children: Carl Jackson of East New Market; Roland Jackson of Milford, Del.; Harry Jackson and Della Prichard of East New Market; Ruth Hurst of Secretary; Agnes Stimis of East New Market; Pauline Dietrich of East New Market; one brother Samuel Jackson of Trappe, Md.

Funeral services were held from the Willoughby Funeral Home, Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, and were conducted by the Rev. Kelso of East New Market. Interment in East New Market Cemetery.
