RAYMOND A. WOLF JR. - Raymond A. Wolf Jr., 63, of Park Ridge, a partner at Wolf & Grieco Inc., on Chicago's Northwest Side, died Monday after a heart attack. Mr. Wolf was a certified public accountant who gave financial and tax advice to many local businesses, according to his son, Steven, who described his father as a "workaholic." "My family does not feel he was cheated out of his retirement," Steven Wolf said. "He never would have retired." Mr. Wolf, a graduate of DePaul University, was on the board of directors for several financial institutions. He served as an accountant in the Army during the Korean War, according to his son. Other survivors include his wife, Barbara; another son, Raymond A. III; three daughters, Susan K. Alfano, Leslie A. and Diane M.; a brother; and three grandchildren. Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in Nelson Funeral Home, 820 Talcott Rd., Park Ridge. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church, 320 S. Washington St., Park Ridge.
