Membership in the Barger Family History Society is free and open to everyone interested in the history of the various Barger families. In the 1990 census, there were fewer than 6,000 Barger families in the United States, yet many of us have lost track of our mutual relations. Please join us in discovering and preserving the records of our past. We endevour to promote and the highest standards of surname research. We hope to provide a resource for all Barger-related families, even those with variant spellings, such as Bargar, Barrigar, Berger, Berrier, Shufflebarger, Wolfenbarger, Fronabarger and others."
