Keyport - Stephen J. Kostak, 56, of 103 Main St., died Tuesday in Perth Amboy General Hospital, Perth Amboy.

He was born in Matawan and had lived in the area most of his life.

Mr. Kostak was a US Army Veteran of World War II. He was employed for 20 years as an operator by the National Lead Co., Sayerville.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Rose Mary Seifert and Miss. Edith Kostak, both of Keyport, and Miss Carol Ann Kostak, Edison, a brother, Anthony, Keyport; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Arose, Keyport, and Mrs. Rose Wenzel, Matawan, and two grandchildren.

The Day's Funeral Home, Keyport, is in charge of arrangements
